CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEM(s)
Our returns policy does not apply to custom made goods for any of the following reasons:
a) Supplied to your own specification
b) Made to order based on specifications supplied by us.Return standard:
The product must be in its original condition and securely in its original packaging for returns. This is to ensure that no damage is caused during return transportation, should damage occur during the return of the product it will be at the discretion of (The “company”) OneCC Ltd (VCASO) to how the refund, if any is processed and proceeded with.
Received with damage: All VCASO products are quality controlled and tested before being dispatched. Therefore, we trust you will receive the highest quality products. Should you receive the goods with damage or defects we ask you contact our customer services team directly, please send an email to info@vcaso.com detailing the faults/damage. We ask that you send an image where possible to help us assist you in the next stages of return.
(The “company”) OneCC Ltd (VCASO) will proceed to assess the personalised situation and decide a fair and reasonable step towards either exchange or refund, again this will be at the company’s discretion. OneCC Ltd (The “company”) will hold the rights to withhold exchange or refund should we feel the damage or defect has been of malicious or accidental cause out of our control.
We ask that for whatever reason you wish to not keep your VCASO product, you send us an image of its state prior to arranging shipment. This allows us to inspect the goods and ensure that no damage is caused during the returns being in shipment.
VCASO inspects and quality controls all goods before being dispatched, please note this is documented and registered against each product code.
RETURNS FOR REFUND
We accept returns for refunds on any unused products returned in its original packaging, in its original state/condition within 14 working days (by UK standards) of dispatch.
Please note this is subject to a 30% returns fee.
This fee will be down to the discretion of OneCC Ltd (VCASO) with fair intentions. This fee will not always be applied; we will let you know prior to accepting the returned item(s) if we intend to apply this fee upon your return item(s). Occasionally we apply this fee after the product is returned to us if we find the product to not be 100% in its original condition. VCASO holds the rights to reject your request for a full refund if we feel necessary.

If you wish to return goods for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order dispatched email.
EXCHANGE
If, despite having read through our product description, you find that the product does not fit your model or intended purpose, you should contact us at info@vcaso.com to discuss arranging a return. The goods should be returned to us in the same condition they were delivered to you.
If we believe this not to be the case, we hold the rights to refuse returns for exchange or refund.
As soon as the original model is received we will notify you, following up with a confirmation that we have received the item and the condition has met our returns standards. We will then raise a new product documentation and proceed to dispatch your new model or product.
Exchange on items that are NOT faulty will be subject to an additional delivery charge, please contact our customer services team to discuss these rates. info@vcaso.com
The difference or any outstanding balance such as delivery or product price difference will be collected or refunded prior to the new model leaving our warehouse.
CANCELATIONS
You may cancel your contract with us any time after entering into your contract up to the fourteenth day after the day on which the first of the goods come into your physical possession or a person (other than a carrier), as identified by you to us, takes possession of them.
Cancelling your contract has the effect of ending the obligations between us subject to us reimbursing your costs and returning the goods to us in the condition in which you received them.
If you wish to cancel your contract you must write to us at the following address: info@vcaso.com informing us of your name and address, confirming you wish to cancel and which goods you wish to cancel the purchase of.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract, you must return the goods to our contact address at your own cost and in the condition in which they were received.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be credited to your account as soon as within 30 days of your order PROVIDED THAT you return to us any goods you received in the condition they were in when delivered to you.
If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
(1) Please send any item(s) you intend to return in the original packaging to: VCASO C/O Tillett Racing Seats, Styles Close, Sittingbourne, Kent, ME10 3BF.
(2) You must print out the "returns" email that we have sent you and enclose it within the box used for the returned goods.
(3) Unless agreed by us beforehand, we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
(4) We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.00 (fifty pounds sterling).
